Manor Oak Nursery

Manor Oak Nursery is situated within the extensive grounds of Manor Oak Primary School. We provide high quality Early Year's education for children from 2 to 4 years old in a safe and stimulating environment where all children can thrive.

The Nursery is based in a purpose built building which is fully air conditioned and has a lovely outdoor area for children to utilise in all weathers throughout the year. We provide an ambitious and challenging curriculum to ensure all children strive academically, socially and emotionally. We make certain all the standards within The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) are met. This sets the standards that all early years providers must meet to ensure that children learn and develop well and are kept healthy and safe.

It promotes teaching and learning to foster children's 'school readiness' and gives children the broad range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress through school and life.

Whilst attending Nursery, children benefit from accessing a range of enrichment opportunities. These include weekly Forest School sessions, Music lessons delivered by a specialist teacher and coached PE lessons.

Please be aware that attendance in the Nursery does not give automatic admission to the Reception Class of Manor Oak Primary School. Please refer to the Admissions page for details of how to apply for admission to Reception Class.
